Young Entrepreneurs Project (Jovens Empreendedores) - Promotion of qualified education

Transforming lives. The Young Entrepreneurs (Jovens Empreendedores) project was born to provide opportunities for small businesses, through the promotion of qualified education and assistance in raising funds for young people who are looking to start or enter their ventures in the local market.

In the municipality of Trairi, Ceará, several entrepreneurs are already active in their businesses and maintain investments in digital, in brand analysis and in the public they intend to reach. All these strategies were improved in the Training and Support for Young Entrepreneurs and Rural Protagonists project, by Qair Brasil, which is run by the Agência de Desenvolvimento Econômico Local (Adel).

The training proposal started with the Entrepreneurship and Rural Business Management Course. About 30 young people from various communities located around the Serrote Hybrid Complex participated in the action, which addressed the first steps for them to undertake and be protagonists of their stories. The training was intended to help them develop their technical and managerial skills and prepare their business projects.

The idea is to make them understand the context in which they are inserted; from an economic, social, and creative point of view. In addition, the project also provides a communication and marketing consultancy with the aim of creating a positive image of its projects in the local market. The selected young people receive analyses of their businesses with detailed information about the projects to support the creation of the brand or even redesign an existing one.

In addition to the Young Entrepreneurs Project (Jovens Empreendedores), Qair carries out several other social and environmental responsibility projects in the communities where it maintains its projects, giving voice and opportunity to social protagonists to change the local reality for the better.
