CASA Project - Commitment to Communities
Qair Brasil is committed to the leaders of communities directly or indirectly influenced by the projects, and we seek to benefit them with actions that change people’s reality for the better. In this sense, we support the revitalization of the infrastructure necessary for the region’s development and carry out essential social actions, such as donations of food supplies.
We work to strengthen social leaders in a relationship of dialogue and respect for deliberate and shared decisions, also providing support in local employability, through our partners. More than 70% of the workforce involved in the construction of the Serrote hybrid complex, in Trairi, Ceará, was composed of workers from the region. And we followed the same example in other projects.
